Quality management and quality system elements - Guidelines (= AS 3904.1-1987/ISO 9004:1987)

Describes a basic set of elements by which quality management systems can be developed and implemented. Selection of appropriate elements and the extent to which these elements are adopted and applied by a company depends upon factors such as market being served, nature of product, production and processes, and consumer needs.
