Approval and test specification - Electric clothes drying cabinets for household use
Specifies electrical safety requirements, to be read in conjunction with NZS 6200. Applies to cabinets intended for drying water-washed household textile materials, by the circulation of heated air over and through such materials while they are supported in the cabinet; and designed for operation at low or medium voltage. Does not apply to tumbler dryers (see NZS 6311/AS 3317), nor to heated towel rails (NZS 6343 in preparation).
