Approval and test specification for thermostats and energy regulators
Specifies electrical safety requirements, to be read in conjunction with NZS 6200. Applies to devices which use thermal sensing or variable electronic regulation for the control of electric circuits associated with the operation of household appliances or heating systems. Does not apply to protective devices such as excess-temperature or over current cutouts.
