Provisions are identical with section 16.1 of the UN Recommendations on the transport of dangerous goods, fourth revised edition. ST/SG/AC.10/1/Rev.4:1986. Gives recommendations for a designatory code system and lists general requirements for testing, certification, inspection and marking.
