Code of practice for safety in mechanical refrigeration (Refrigeration Code) - Refrigerating systems with a total refrigeration effect in excess of 30 kW
Specifies requirements for design, construction, installation, testing and operation of refrigeration systems for all forms of mechanical cooling, air conditioning and the like for systems with a total refrigeration effect on excess on 30 kW. Applicable to new refrigeration plants, extensions and modifications of existing plant and for used plants on being re-installed and operated in new location. Deviations permissible only if equivalent protection assured. Also applies in conversion of plant for use with another refrigerant.
