Glazing in buildings - Part 3: Human impact safety requirements

Provides a means of compliance with the relevant performance requirements of Building Code Clauses B1, F2 and F4 in order to minimise the potential for injury to building users from glazing in buildings. Correction Amendment 1:2016 is incorporated into this standard and is not available separately. Designers, window manufacturers and glaziers will make good use of this standard. When read along with B1/AS1, this standard covers where and what type of safety glass and other measures are needed in situations where people could impact or fall through glass in buildings.
