Specification for timber ladders
Prescribes rules and establishes minimum requirements for portable timber ladders. Types of ladders comprise single and extension, step and cleat. Provision is made for rungs, treads or cleats of either timber or metal and stiles of either one piece or laminated timber. The care, use and maintenance of ladders is explained.
