Identifies the source and nature and gives recommendations for dealing with the electrostatic hazard in particular situations including the handling of liquids, powders, gases, sprays, explosives and electro-explosive devices. Describes the static electricity problems which can occur with personnel and their clothing and recommends precautions for avoiding the problems.
