Procedure for inspection, testing and acceptance of aluminium-base and magnesium-base ingots and castings
Includes requirements relating to heat treatment of castings, the use of polymer quenchant, radiographic defects and certification. Samples to represent precision castings and requirements for the repair of castings have been included. Does not include special test requirements for castings not subject to cut-up testing.
