Personal eye protection - Part 0: Eye and face protection - Vocabulary

This joint standard was developed in conjunction with Standards Australia (SA) who advised us that the standard was reviewed and resulted in a new Australian (AS) only standard AS 1337.0:2020. However this edition will remain current within New Zealand. For the most up to date Australian standards, visit www.standards.org.au.

Provides terms and definitions for eye and face protectors. Additional terms specifically used in AS/NZS 1337.1, which are not defined in this Standard, are defined in AS/NZS 1337.1. Adopted from ISO 4007:2012, with national modifications including the removal of text in French and German (except in tables and figures) and some deletion of resulting blank pages. ISO 4007:2012 was based on EN 165 which has been withdrawn.
